- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have lived here since august 2015. Every week the yard maitenance shows up with at least 4 crew members that blow sand on the residents porch, lawn furnuture, and automobiles for a couple hours.... They walk past the debri and trash ie. Metal pipes, pieces of rope, fallen tree limbs, etc... And just blow sand around! I hate to see them pull in this property because i know its only about to get worse. Thats what happens to property when the property managers dont care....
