- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I applied Aug 2nd.... my case is still processing I've provided every possible document I have made 5 trips to this office upon visit #4 I provided bank statements from March till now an was told they were enough to back up the other documents I've already provided and my case manager would be in contact to say when the card would be mailed.upon not hearing anything I got to office visit#5 Today I was told that I would get a phone call by the end of the day, upon leaving the area an not receiving a call yet I checked back an the lady proceeded to tell me that it might not be today. It's been 35 days total an I've been eating 1 meal a day. There is no way the process should be this difficult. This is just a messenger center might as well not be here an you might as well do it yourself next door in the resource lounge on thier computers! Be warned. This has been the most unhelpfull experience of my life!By Amanda Johnson, January 17, 2017
