- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible!! You wait for section 8 only to not be able to find vacancies in your price range. The other cities are more expensive than the housing authority allows so why claim they cover Destin or Niceville if they wont pay what the fair market value is?? I wasted $300 going down there for the intake only to be left exactly where I am now.By dawn Rudge, April 24, 2017
