  Update: After speaking with Jeff's team directly, they handle it super fast and the rate is far less than the cost of all other companies. No brainer here. ------ This is not a message for Jeff Love, it is for State Farm in General. I am currently trying to get insurance through Jeff Love. I've been trying to get new insurance for about 5 days now. I do not think its the agent that causes the delay, I think its the way State Farm system is setup. I am now considering forfeiting my years of loyalty and discounts just due to this hassle. This would be most unfortunate but the benefit would be that I could get help or assistance from the 800 number, State Farm could not do this for me, I must talk to a local agent. I've been with State Farm for over 7+ years and I had been happy with them for the entire time. Now as of lately, when I need to make a State transfer or even just a new policy it appears its too complicated for their system to complete. I have had quotes given to me by other companies, but with State Farm who I am a current policy holder, I've been told I can't get a quote until the new agent gets access to my old policy to keep my discounts; it seems this communication is taking an extreme amount of time. I could rant more and more, but as of now I could not refer someone to State Farm with confidence. I hope something occurs that would cause me to change my thoughts on this matter.
